ACCOUNTING  prepare detailed monthly reports, as requested, and distribute at the close of each month. Reports can be customized to satisfy individual client requirements. 

PAYABLES coordinate the payment of any services rendered; plus verify any licenses, permits and utility payments. 

PROPERTY ADVERTISEMENT proactively advertise any vacancy through signage, print and local advertising, and the MLS. 

OFFICE HOURS & EMERGENCIES corporate office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and we offer a 24 hour emergency maintenance line. 

TENANT SCREENING & SELECTION tenants screened for credit worthiness and rent paying abilityt by obtaining a credit report and searching for past evictions.

FIELD MANAGEMENT on-site and area managers, as well as maintenance are available to respond quickly to each clients questions and concerns.
